We have made a significant investment in our cooking equipment recently. Our new oven allows us to slow cook overnight. This produces the most tender meat dishes imagineable. Currently you will find the lamb shoulder and pork belly on our menus.We purchase most of our beef from Doyles Butchers. Cristian is always keen to produce the finest fillet and ribeye by ensuring that the meat is allowed to reach room temperature before cooking and also allowed to rest after cooking. Both come with a gorgeous pepper sauce.
My favourite subject! Our wine list is constantly evolving. We are always seeking the best wines at reasonable prices. We try to offer wines from all the major regions of Italy. You will find Barbera and Nebbiolo from Piemonte, Ripassa and Lugana from Veneto, Brunello and Chianti Classico from Tuscany, Aglianico and Greco from Campania, Nero d’Avola from Sicily, Primitivo from Puglia and much more. You will also find wines from Spain, Argentina, Australia and New Zealand.We will also have a few wine tastings during the year, where you can come face to face with the wine producer!
